Preaching Jesus in Israel is challenging, but Pastor Daniel Sayag presses on in the faith. After 25 years of prayer he led his parents to Christ after they saw the power of God in Daniel’s transformed life. Ezekiel prophesied that the people of Israel would be gathered together again as a nation and then saved. The former has come to pass in our time, but the latter still remains a prophetic promise. Whenever Israel is discussed contention is rarely far behind, but there remains a simple, biblically appropriate course of action. Pray for salvation. Pray for Jesus to be glorified. Pray for the power and love of God to be demonstrated. The harvest is plenty, but the laborers are few!

For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

Ezekiel 36:24-26
